Space Donuts are a state-of-the-art delicacy. Vacuum freezing (or lyophilisation) of a plant-based mixture creates a product of a subtle flavor, low weight, and almost infinite shelf life. Hence it is perfect for space travel. For a new line of these products, a package design was created, humorously depictiong the production technology as well as the fact that such products have become a must in astronautics.
